“Grain in Ear” (Korean title: Mangjong / 망종 (亡種) by Gyeja, art by HKMI) is an ongoing 2025 yaoi‑BL adult romance drama manhwa set in an omegaverse world. The story centers on a forbidden and tension‑filled cohabitation between a violent‑crimes detective and an enigmatic amnesiac α man.

In a secluded mountain area, Kim Ieum, an emotionally distant Omega and violent-crimes detective, discovers a mysterious Alpha man lying unconscious and injured. When the man wakes up, he has no memories, no name, and behaves with the mind of a child, despite being physically grown.

With no identification and nowhere to go, the man is taken in by Kim Ieum. Though reluctant, Kim agrees to let him stay in his isolated house while trying to figure out who he really is and whether he’s connected to a recent unsolved case.
