Summary
Hope for immortality diminishes as calamity brings humanity to the brink of extinction. On his journey, he comes across Heo Jinwoo, who has been attacked and is presumed dead. Rather than passing him by, Pyo extends a hand and asks him one question: “How does it feel to survive in hell?” Pyo Guwon walks against the stream of survivors fleeing the destruction. With that, he brings Jinwoo to a village where death has no meaning, but survival is never easy in a world that refuses to let go of the past. The dead no longer remain dead. They rise not as monsters, but as aimless wanderers who throw the world into disarray.
