Incident Named Tsunami: Killer Whale Hunting Method (사건명 해일: 범고래 사냥법) is a drama and yaoi manhwa written by Gongsam. The story follows intense themes of power struggles, psychological tension, and complex relationships.
The main character, Goo Hyo-seo, is a new intern at the Marine Research Institute. He faces a harsh work environment, is bullied by his colleagues, and is given menial tasks. One day, Hyo-seo is assigned to take care of a notoriously ferocious killer whale (orca) that everyone avoids. For Hyo-seo, who has always been fascinated by killer whales, the aquarium where the animal is kept becomes the only refuge in his lonely life.
After secretly wishing to be with the whale every day, strange events begin to occur at the research institute. Employees are injured or go missing, and a mysterious man appears before Hyo-seo. This man has snow-white skin, wet black hair, and sharp eyes, looking like a killer whale that has transformed into a human. He always sticks to Hyo-seo, never leaving her side.
Amidst the rising tension and fear, Hyo-seo begins to feel herself increasingly drawn to this man. He insists, “I am not an animal. I am here beside you in human form.” But can Hyo-seo decipher this mystery and come to terms with her feelings?
