Summary
Lee Jinha and Han Tae-oh have been close since childhood. Both care deeply for each other, but their relationship is shadowed by trauma.
Jinha suffers from a phobia of alphas—rooted in abuse. He was assaulted by Tae-oh’s alpha brother, Hyun-oh, as a result of a medication blend gone awry, which triggered his early omega presentation and left him psychologically scarred.
Tae-oh has been suppressing his own omega presentation, terrified it might trigger Jinha’s trauma. This suppression, however, comes at a physical cost: he’s suffering unstable hormone levels that threaten his health.
When Jinha realizes the harm Tae-oh is enduring to protect him, he resolves to confront his fears, so Tae-oh can safely present. Overcoming his trauma becomes a central struggle and an emotional turning point in their relationship.
