Summary
Viviana, a noblewoman, enters a cold and passionless marriage with Duke Alto. Though it appears ideal from the outside, the relationship is emotionally distant and physically unfulfilling. Viviana longs for affection, intimacy, and love—but her husband remains detached, refusing to even touch her beyond duty. She dies, emotionally broken and alone.
But fate gives her a second chance. She wakes up years earlier—before her marriage to the Duke—and this time, she vows to take control of her life. Determined never to live in emotional neglect again, Viviana refuses the marriage proposal from Alto. However, Duke Alto, unaware of the regression, begins to act differently. Haunted by guilt and curious about Viviana’s change in demeanor, he decides to win her back. This time, he promises to be a true husband—not just in name, but in love, desire, and respect.
As secrets from their past and true feelings surface, Viviana must decide whether to trust him again—and whether healing is truly possible between two people broken by silence.
