Bound by Fate

Bound by Fate is a romance fantasy manhwa written by Jiyuna and illustrated by Iljji, serialized on Lezhin Comics Webtoon. The story follows Seo-in Im, an obstetrician trapped in a passionless marriage, haunted by recurring dreams of an unknown man.

Seo-in occasionally gets weird nightmares. She fantasizes about having sex with an unknown man. She disregards it and stops the IVF she and her husband (Director Kim) have been performing for a number of years because she believes it is the result of hormonal sexual frustration. On her friend’s advice, she then visits Yong-ha, a fortune teller, to find out why she is unable to conceive. “We owe one another a great deal. We came into this world to settle our obligations. However, you made a mistake once more. Tsk, tsk. This relationship is not good. No matter how hard you try, you can’t break this relationship. Express gratitude for not being pregnant. Your fate is distinct. When Kim Maria, a friend of Seo-in’s, shows in for a consultation one day, Seo-in is taken aback by the news and congratulates her on her 7-week pregnancy. “Director Kim is the real owner of this child.
