Summary
Yun-Seo is a deeply traumatized survivor of a catastrophic dungeon event that occurred ten years ago—an event that nearly ended the world. After losing his comrades, he has been living with grief, guilt, and despair, contemplating suicide.
But there’s a catch: the final wills left behind by his fallen comrades are binding—emotionally, and perhaps mystically. Because of them, Yun-Seo puts off his death, feeling obligated to honor their last wishes before he can truly rest.
Now, the Great Dungeon, which caused the original tragedy, has reappeared, threatening humanity once more. This forces Yun-Seo back into action. A test is issued: “Find Seo Chae-Yoon,” a mysterious figure once hailed as a hero during the first dungeon crisis and the sole survivor.
As Yun-Seo re-enters this world of powerful dungeons, guilds, and deadly trials, he must confront his past, unravel the truth behind the original disaster, and decide whether he can live not just out of obligation—but for himself.
