Antidote (안티도트), written by Harusari and illustrated by Totiko, is an ongoing Korean BL manhwa that blends historical fantasy, drama, and mature themes with gorgeous full-color art. It debuted in 2023 and is officially published on Lezhin and Ridibooks.

Two years prior, Lord Sylhan (also spelled Slan in some translations) loses his title following a public seizure. His wild behavior, memory loss, and eventual enslavement reflect his tragic fall from grace. His mundane, painful servitude is disrupted when a knight enters his life. This knight greets him with unexpected kindness—a gentle embrace, a soft kiss—claiming a deep, ancient connection that predates the memory loss.

Gradually, Sylhan is drawn toward the knight despite his confusion. Gradually, fragments of memory and buried emotions resurface, challenging his identity beyond just love—encompassing power, status, and self-worth.

The story weaves together Sylhan’s struggle to reconcile his lost status with his growing feelings for the knight, centered on themes of memory, identity, and trust. The central tension: “no longer having power, wealth, or glory—but what about love?”
